AM00163 Bündner fence – 220cm / starter set
The starter set for the “Bündner fence”.
The “Bündner fence” is the typical fence that you will find in the entire canton of Graubünden / Switzerland. It stands on many roads, paths / hiking trails and next to the tracks of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB). The model corresponds in appearance and function to the original with a length of 220 cm. The fence posts are made of brass and have a light gray primer. The replica corresponds to the modern version with screwed metal posts. The wooden beams are lasered to fit precisely and are made of wood and are stained twice in “medium oak”. The end of the fence is closed with real wooden wedges, like the original.
The original “starter set” is approx. 22 meters long.
The model has a length of approx. 50 cm.
