Price
Prices in print form or on the current website supersede any prior information or pages. All prices are in Swiss Francs and are net selling prices. Any price changes may be made at any time without prior notice. The images shown are not binding. This applies to all digital print media, as well as information on the telephone.
Discounts
On indvidual items a quantity discount is shown. Other discounts are not granted. Special offers are reported as a special sale.
Order numbers / article numbers
Please use our order number or article number so that we can ensure a smooth and quick processing of your request or order.
Quantity / number of pack
In all the article numbers and prices are packaging. For orders of packs with multiple parts only the number of packs is indicated.
Technical data
All information about weight, mass, packing quantities, etc. are binding. Changes in shape, color, material and are subject to modifications in the sense of technical progress. It allows us to deliver products in a form other than in the advertising media offered packaging.
Inventory
All products listed on our website are normally available from our warehouse and shipped within a week if possible. On request not to stocked items are noted and forwarded after successful receipt of goods.
Mail delivery
Switzerland / Liechtenstein
Good scan be shipped only after payment, or PayPal. In a long-term custoomer relationship with a shipping invoice (payable within 14 days) can be approved at the request of the customer. If the payment deadlines are not met, or needs to be reminded, further deliveries will only be shipped only against advance payment. Reminders will be charged a reminder fee for the damages caused by delay (in accordance OR 106.) :
1st reminder 10.- CHF
2nd reminder 20.- CHF
Additional 5% interest on arrears are owed from the due date oft he invoice.
Payment by advance invoice
The advance invoice has to be referring totl amount (incl. Postage) in Swiss Francs (abroad in euros). The written articles during this time for 30 days reserved for you. After this deadline will be free to dispose oft he goods. In case of multiple non-encasment of invoice is omitted another delivery of preinvoicing.
Payment by PayPal
Upon receipt of the invoice amount, the goods will be shipped within one week to the delivery address supplied.
Shipping Switzerland / Liechtenstein
The ordered products are – if in stock – delivered within a week. Otherwise, a written order confirmation via email with the expected delivery date. For deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein the recipient pays a flat shipping rate 9.90 CHF including VAT. From an order volume over 150.- CHF the shipment is free shipping. Oversize are charged separately and may have included a subsequent result. If the package from the post with the words „not collected“ come back to us, we will charge you fort he 2nd delivery a surcharge of 5.- CHF.

Shipping in general
Special shipping requests are tob e given with every order; otherwise, the cheap shipping option is selected by us and we can not be subsequently prosecuted by the consignee for.
Shipping abroad
When an export shipment extra costs will be charged. Moreover, additional customs fees may apply in the destination country. These must be paid by the buyer (recipient). Unfortunately parcels can not be distinguished in advance. There will becharged a flat rate. However, this may have included a subsequent result.
Self-service
A Pickup after telephone consultation at any time and required depending on the item also partly (eg greater Prefabricated models).

Special Orders
Products that we do not carry in range and obtain for a costumer, we need the order, or the in writing. Here we need the estimated value of goods in advance. The definitive billed u whit the delivery (incl. Postage & Packing).
Complaints and Returns
Any complaints must be reported within eight days of receiving the delivery, with a copy oft he invoice. Returns from abroad are also marked as « Conversion », or as « Complaint ». A previous consultation with us is recommended. Transport damage must be reported to us also, whitin eight days in writing, while returning the damaged item and a damage report the post. We accept returns only if adequate packing material has been used. Stock items can be sent within eight days for eschange or refund back to us (only unused in the original packaging) if not satisfied. This excludes special items that were ordered by the customer.
